Software for the problem
your business actually has.
The big suites don’t fit you. The small apps don’t cover you. Solutia builds the exact tool your work needs — billing, HR, field operations, or something nobody makes software for — and runs it for you on infrastructure that is yours alone.
- Scope
- Any problem, any domain — even ones without software yet
- Prototype
- Working version within one week of the first call
- Full build
- Ready for your testing ~4 weeks in; faster on urgency
- Infrastructure
- Yours alone — own server, own database, own repo
- Pricing
- One setup fee + one fixed monthly fee. Never hourly
SPECIFICATION
Good businesses lose hours every day to software that was never built for them.
- 01.a
The spreadsheet everyone fears
One master Excel file, six versions on six laptops, and nobody sure which one is true. Every mistake in it costs real money.
- 01.b
The suite that doesn’t fit
ERP-class systems cost a fortune, take months to implement, and still make you work their way. You pay enterprise prices to bend your own process.
- 01.c
The app that almost works
Off-the-shelf tools cover 90% of someone else’s business and 60% of yours. The missing 40% lives in notebooks and WhatsApp.
- 01.d
The problem with no software at all
Half your operation is offline, manual, or so specific to your trade that nobody ever built a tool for it. It works — until it doesn’t.
From “this is broken” to “this just works” — in about a month.
A working prototype in week one, iterations in week two, the full build ready for your testing about two weeks after that. Urgent deadline? The timeline compresses — tell us and we plan around it.
- 01 DAY 0
Tell us the problem
A 30-minute call, in your language, not tech-speak. The daily pain, the workaround you’re tired of, or the idea nobody makes software for. That’s all we need to start.
- 02 WEEK 1–2
See a working prototype within a week
Not a proposal document — a working first version you can click through. Then a week of iterations: you react to something real, tell us what’s wrong and what’s missing, and the picture gets sharp fast.
- 03 WEEK 3–4
We build it properly
Once the prototype feels right, we put the real system behind it — typically ready for your acceptance testing about two weeks later, with a fixed written price agreed before the build starts. Urgent? The whole timeline compresses.
- 04 ONGOING
Live on infrastructure that is yours alone
Your tool goes live at yourcompany.solutia.in on its own server, with its own database and its own private code repository. Hosted, secured, backed up, and supported by us.
Any domain. Any workflow. Built for exactly one business: yours.
These are the common shapes — but the list is not the offer. The offer is: describe a problem, even one nobody makes software for, and we build the tool that solves it. Personalized down to the screens your team sees and the words on the buttons.
Invoicing & billing
Quotes, invoices, and payment tracking built around your rates, your formats, and your GST reality — not someone else’s.
HR & people tools
Attendance, shifts, leave, and payroll inputs that reconcile themselves instead of eating your Monday.
Orders, jobs & field work
From enquiry to delivery in one place — with statuses your team, your field staff, and your customers can see.
Inventory & stock
Know what you have, where it is, and when to reorder — without the master Excel file nobody trusts.
Clients & leads
Every enquiry, follow-up, and conversation captured — so deals stop dying in someone’s chat history.
Dashboards & reporting
The numbers you check every morning, computed automatically and always current.
Your problem isn’t on this list? That’s normal — most of what we build starts as “I don’t think anyone makes software for this.” Describe it to us.
Small team, machine speed, nothing shared.
Built with AI, priced accordingly
We are a lean studio that builds with AI doing the heavy lifting and experienced judgment doing the thinking. That is why our setup fee is a fraction of an agency quote — and why a prototype takes days, not months.
Your own private stack
Every client gets a completely separate deployment: your own server, your own database, your own private code repository. Nothing is shared with any other client — your data never sits next to someone else’s.
Hosting that fits the job
A small tool doesn’t need a big cloud bill. We pick what your solution actually needs — a reliable VPS, an edge deployment, or a specific region or architecture if you have compliance or preference. You pay for what the tool uses, nothing more.
You’ve had other options. Here’s why they keep failing you.
A big ERP suite
Enterprise pricing, months of implementation — and you still bend your business around modules designed for someone else. Half misses, half you’ll never use.
Software that is exactly your process — your screens, your language, your rules — at a small fraction of the cost, live in weeks.
Off-the-shelf SaaS
You adapt your business to the software. You use 10% of the features, pay for all of them, and still keep a notebook for the parts it can’t do.
Built around your workflow from day one. Nothing generic, nothing you don’t use.
A development agency
Charges lakhs upfront, hands over code, and leaves. Maintenance is your problem.
You pay for a working tool, not a codebase. We host it, fix it, and improve it — that’s the deal.
A freelancer
Great until they get busy, change rates, or disappear with the only copy of the code.
A platform with standards: private repos, backups, uptime monitoring, response-time commitments, continuity.
Hiring a developer
A salary, management overhead, and a single point of failure — for one internal tool.
A fraction of one salary buys you a built, hosted, maintained system. No hiring, no HR.
The build itself is a one-time setup fee, quoted in writing before we start. New requirements later are scoped as fixed-price change requests — same lean economics as the original build. Annual payment gets a discount. No hourly billing, ever.
- Hosting on infrastructure dedicated to you
- Your own branded subdomain
- Security updates and SSL
- Bug fixes with committed response times
- Daily backups of your data

The questions every sensible owner asks first.
06.01 Can you really build anything, or just what’s on the list?
The list is just the common shapes. The real offer is: you describe a problem — in any domain, even one nobody makes software for — and we build the tool that solves it. Offline process you want digital? A workflow unique to your trade? That’s exactly the work we like.
06.02 How can it cost so much less than an agency or an ERP?
Two reasons. We build with AI doing most of the heavy lifting, so development takes a fraction of the usual hours. And we host each tool on exactly the infrastructure it needs — a small reliable server for a small tool — instead of running one heavy platform everyone pays for.
06.03 Is my data mixed with other clients’?
Never. Every client runs as a completely separate deployment: own server, own database, own private code repository. Your data is not on the same machine as anyone else’s, and you can request a full export at any time.
06.04 What does it cost?
Two numbers, agreed in writing before the real build starts: a one-time setup fee, and a fixed monthly fee for hosting, maintenance, and support. Annual payment gets a discount. No hourly billing, ever.
06.05 How fast is “fast”?
A working prototype within a week of the first call. A week of iterations on it, then the full solution is typically ready for your acceptance testing about two weeks after that — roughly a month end to end. If it’s urgent, the timeline compresses; tell us the deadline and we plan around it.
06.06 What about changes later — say, six months in?
Small tweaks and refinements are covered by your monthly fee. New requirements — a new module, a new report, a changed workflow — are handled as change requests: a short written scope and a fixed price agreed before any work starts. And because the same AI-driven build process applies, a change request costs a fraction of typical development rates.
06.07 Can it run in a specific region, or on our preferred setup?
Yes. We aren’t tied to one cloud or one architecture. If you need a particular region, a specific provider, or your own compliance constraints, we deploy to match.
06.08 What happens if we part ways?
Two clean paths, your choice. Standard exit: you receive a complete export of your data, the deployment is retired, and your data is deleted — but the project itself is kept safe unless you ask us to delete it, so if you ever return, we reinstate it from your backup and you’re running again in days. Buy-out: you take full ownership — the entire code repository and the deployment shipped under your name — for a one-time transfer fee based on the complexity and effort in the project. After that it’s entirely yours.
06.09 Do I need to be technical?
No. You explain your business in your language; we handle everything technical. If you can describe the problem over a call, that’s all we need.
Describe the problem. We’ll tell you honestly if we can solve it.
A first call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Tell us what eats your team’s time — in your words, not tech-speak — and within a week you’ll be clicking through a working prototype.
